When Lori Gasca Announces: Bloom Her Collective

Lori Gasca Announces: "Bloom Her Collective"

I was completely blown away by this announcement! Why? Because at 2 AM that very morning, I was awakened by a vivid vision—a blooming bouquet of flowers. But this wasn’t just any bouquet; it stood six feet tall and nine feet in diameter!

At the time, I didn’t fully understand the meaning of this vision—until Lori’s announcement.

Later that day, I returned home to an inspiring message from one of our treasured coaches and volunteers, Cheri Gardener - The name of her coaching? "Positioned to Bloom!"

I do believe I’m positioned to bloom!

For some time, my prayer and reflection have led me to believe that 2025 will look very different from the past two decades of my life. That realization inspired me to explore the difference between growing and blooming—and to ask myself some significant questions.

Growth vs. Blooming

To grow is to develop, increase, or progress over time. To bloom is to flourish, reach full potential, and step into a state of beauty and fulfillment.

A flower blooms when it opens up.

A person blooms when they discover their confidence, passion, and purpose.

In essence: Growth is the process, while blooming is the result—the stage of flourishing that comes after dedicated growth.

Reflection Questions:

🔹 Where are you in the process of growing?

Are you still learning about your business, refining systems and processes, or are you fully prepared for action?

🔹 Do you have deep roots?

Have you built a strong foundation with a stable network, mentors, friends, and support?

🔹 Are you confidently aligned with your purpose?

Do you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that your time, talent, energy, and financial investment are devoted to your true passion?

🔹 Have you reached a steady, values-driven pace?

Are you able to recognize when something—or someone—doesn’t align with your values and, with wisdom, move forward without hesitation?

OR…

🔹 Are you still feeling overwhelmed, lacking confidence, and spread too thin?

🔹 Are you constantly striving but not yet seeing the fruits of your labor?

Identifying Your Growth & Blooming Areas

Before one can bloom, one must grow. Growth happens both upward and downward before outward blooming occurs.

Ask yourself: Where am I still growing? (Personally, relationally, physically, mentally, spiritually, professionally, financially?)

Where am I beginning to bloom?

The truth is: We are all growing and blooming at different times, in different areas of life. The key is to discern where you are growing and where you are blooming.

Blooming is effortless—it feels fresh, alive, calm, and fulfilling. It’s an inner glow that no skincare or makeup can create. Some blooms last 24 hours, others for years.

Growing, on the other hand, is an active process. It can feel unsettled, uncertain, and full of trial and error.

So, where are you today?
